UFC 153 in Rio just took a major blow. Maybe even bigger than UFC 151, which was cancelled altogether.

Today UFC President Dana White took to Twitter to announce that Quintion “Rampage” Jackson was out of his scheduled Co-Main Event bout with Glover Teixeira due to injury, which was later found out to be an elbow injury.

Rampage is hurt and out of UFC 153 RIO. SUCKS!!!!!!

Now, White has added another tweet that may spell doom for another UFC event. White revealed that now UFC Featherweight Champion Jose Aldo is out with a foot injury.

Now Aldo is out with a foot injury. Main and co main in the same day!! Another amazing day at the UFC. We have some work to do.

Dana White and the UFC are looking for replacements for both fighters as we speak, so stay tuned. My guess: Anderson Silva vs. a Light Heavyweight to be named.
